July 26, 2024 Five (5) photos added showing Q parcel has been cleared, de-mucked, compacted, filled and pads and footings for units 12, 13, 14, and 15 in place.  Construction has started. UPDATE:  May 30, 2025.  Q is now offering their townhouses to include elevators and partial enclosure of the sun terrace with A/C adaption.  ‘Upgrade charges will apply.’
